Can I smoke at Jellystone Park™ Zion?

Smoking, vaping, chewing, dipping, or any type of tobacco use is prohibited in all parts of the resort; especially the attractions around children. If you're renting an RV site you are allowed inside your camping designation. Smoking is strictly forbidden in our cabins. A min $300 fee will be assessed for violations.

Is Jellystone Park™ Zion pet-friendly?

We love pets, and even have a dog agility course! However, they must always be on a leash or in a crate. Pets are not allowed to be tied up on RV sites and are not permitted at all on tent campsites. Our rental units do not allow pets, but service animals are always welcome! If a pet is taken into a rental unit the card on file will be charged the cost to professionally clean the rental unit ($500 minimum charge).

Can we bring our own birthday party decorations to Jellystone Park™ Zion?

You are welcome to decorate a cabin for a birthday party, but you are responsible for cleanup, and we don’t allow pinatas or confetti.

What is the check-in time for cabins at Jellystone Park™ Zion?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. We are unable to offer early check-in, as our housekeeping team needs the time between check-out and check-in to thoroughly clean and prepare each cabin for our arriving guests.

What is the checkout time for cabins at Jellystone Park™ Zion?

You must be out of your cabin and off the site by 10am on the day of departure. No exceptions.

What is the parking availability at cabin sites in Jellystone Park™ Zion?

Each cabin allows up to two vehicles. This does not include boats, RVs, trailers, or vehicles larger than a standard-sized car that require more than a normal parking space.

What are additional person fees at Jellystone Park™ Zion?

The first two guests are included with your site. Additional guests are charged $10 + tax per person, per night. Additional guests are added to the reservation and charged for every night of the reservation, regardless of how many nights they are physically on site. Example: If your reservation is for three nights and an additional guest only stays for one night, the $10 + tax occupancy fee will still apply to that guest for all three nights.

Am I allowed to bring a flag to display at Jellystone Park™ Zion?

The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground, American, Canadian, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal or garden.

Can we bring our own food into the water zone at Jellystone Park™ Zion?

Any outside food or drink other than water into the water zone requires a cooler pass ($15 +tax in the Ranger Station). Glass, alcohol and restaurant/branded foods are prohibited. The cooler can not be larger than 48 quarts or it will require two cooler passes.

What types of containers are allowed in the water zone at Jellystone Park™ Zion?

We don’t allow any glass in the water attraction areas of our Camp-Resort, only plastic containers. Any outside food or drink other than water into the water zone requires a cooler pass ($15 +tax in the Ranger Station). Glass, alcohol and restaurant/branded foods are prohibited.
