Photography Release
By entering the premises described in this guide, Guests hereby consent and authorize Jellystone Park™ to photograph, or otherwise record them and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of them, including name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by the Guest, and all other aspects of their personality, and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting, and advertising Camp-Resort's attractions in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to the Guest.
Camp at Your Own Risk
Guests further agree to release and hold harmless the Camp-Resort, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by the Guest or alleged to be on their behalf resulting from the use of the publicity items, the use of which they now knowingly and voluntarily grant to the Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which they now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to the Camp-Resort. Further, Guests acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming, or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions. Guests agree to release directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise out of or in connection them undertaking of these risks. Without limiting the generality property damages resulting from such risks. Guests represent that they are the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany them, and hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If the Guest does not wish to agree to these terms, then they should not enter the Premises.

Check-in for all rental accommodations (Trailers, Cottages, and Cabins) is at 3 pm. All other sites may check in at 2 pm. Early check-in is not guaranteed and is dependent on availability. Fees apply. Late check-in is available and can be arranged in advance with the office.
Check-out for all sites, including accommodations, is at 11 am. There is no late check-out option. If you are still on site past check-out time, you will be charged $20 hourly up to the cost of the additional day.
- Can I Bring Fireworks or Firearms? Click On Can I Bring Fireworks or Firearms? Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited within the Camp-Resort. This includes all types of fireworks such as smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. Firearms of any kind are also not permitted, including airsoft guns, BB guns, and pellet guns. These measures ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests during their stay.
- Can I Use a Generator at the camp-resort? Click On Can I Use a Generator at the camp-resort? No, generator use is not permitted within the Camp-Resort. This ensures a peaceful environment for all guests. For specific power needs or questions, please contact our team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
- What is Your Tent Policy at the camp-resort? Click On What is Your Tent Policy at the camp-resort? To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we allow a maximum of 2 tents per tent site, which can include sleeping tents or kitchen tents, as long as they remain within the designated site limits. Sleeping tents are not permitted on Pull-Thru sites, 50 Amp Back-In sites, Premium Patio Sites, Cottages, Cabins, or Rental Trailers; however, a kitchen tent is acceptable. On 30 Amp 3-Way Back-In sites, only one tent is allowed, with the choice of either a sleeping tent or a kitchen tent. Each site has a maximum capacity of 6 people or one family unit, with no more than 4 adults per site.
- Can I Bring My Electric Scooter or Electric Bicycle? Click On Can I Bring My Electric Scooter or Electric Bicycle? Yes, electric scooters and bicycles are welcome! Please observe the 10 km/hour speed limit and be mindful of pedestrians to ensure everyone's safety.
- Who Should I Contact for a Safety Concern or Emergency? Click On Who Should I Contact for a Safety Concern or Emergency? If you notice any concerning activity, please inform our staff or call (902) 963 2079, Ext 333, available 24/7. Security actively monitors the campground and is on duty overnight during peak season. For 911 emergencies, notify the office or security if possible, so they can guide responders to your site. Guests are responsible for damages or injuries caused by themselves, their children, or pets. The resort is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or theft.
- Can I Have a Campfire? Click On Can I Have a Campfire? Campfires are permitted at each site in the designated fire pit provided, weather permitting and in accordance with provincial fire ban laws and regulations. Firewood is available for purchase at our Store for your convenience. All fires must be properly extinguished and are not allowed to burn past 12 am. These guidelines ensure safety and compliance for all guests during their stay.
- What is your Pet Policy? Click On What is your Pet Policy? We welcome pets to join in the camping adventure! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please keep your pet on a leash at all times within the Camp-Resort. Pets can enjoy off-leash play and exercise in our designated Dog Park.
- Do You Provide Bedding/Linens for Rentals? Click On Do You Provide Bedding/Linens for Rentals? For guests staying in our Cottages, Cabins, or Trailers, we kindly remind you that bedding and bathroom essentials (such as linens, towels, and blankets) are not provided. To ensure a comfortable stay, we recommend bringing all necessary items with you.
- How Many People Can Stay on a Site at the Camp-Resort? Click On How Many People Can Stay on a Site at the Camp-Resort? Site pricing is based on an occupancy of 2 adults and up to 4 children, with additional fees for extra guests depending on their age and specific events such as CBMF and SOMMO. Tent sites can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults or 1 family unit, while RV sites have a maximum capacity of 6 persons. Our accommodations, including RV rentals, cottages, and cabins, allow for 4 to 6 persons depending on the unit.
- When Are Quiet Hours at the Camp-Resort? Click On When Are Quiet Hours at the Camp-Resort? Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. During this time, communal areas close, children should remain at their sites, and noise levels should be kept low. Biking is not allowed after dusk, and campfires after 11 pm should be quiet. Please be mindful of others when entering or exiting the Camp-Resort.
