Have questions? We have answers!- Do you have free WiFi? Click On Do you have free WiFi? Yes, free WiFi is available in some parts of the park for our guests.
- What are check-in and check-out times? Click On What are check-in and check-out times? For cabins and campsites– check-in time is any time after 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Can I get a refund? Click On Can I get a refund? If you cancel more than 10 days in advance, you will get a full refund to the card you paid with minus a $30 cancellation fee or you can get the entire amount issued as a camping credit to use for a future reservation. If you cancel within 10 days of your reservation, we do not offer a refund.
- Can I bring my own firewood? Click On Can I bring my own firewood? We follow the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) recommendation for firewood, and ask that you do not bring firewood on to our property. At the request of the DNR, help us control the spread of Emerald Ash Borer. You are the best weapon we have against this exotic beetle, that has already killed 25 million Ash Trees in Indiana. For your convenience, the Ranger Station store has wood bundles available for purchase ($10).

- What is the age requirement to rent a campsite or cabin? Click On What is the age requirement to rent a campsite or cabin? Guests must be 21 years old to rent a campsite or cabin. Please ensure you meet the age requirement to enjoy your stay at our family-friendly camp resort.
- What discounts are available for guests? Click On What discounts are available for guests? We offer a 10% discount for active Military, Police, and Firefighters. Check our "Special offers" page for more deals throughout the year!
- Are pets allowed at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park? Click On Are pets allowed at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park? Yes, pets are allowed in cabins with a pet fee. Pets are allowed in RV and tent sites for no additional fee. All pets must be on a leash at all times and cleaned up after. Enjoy your family-friendly camp resort experience with your furry friends.
- What are the dates for peak season and off-season? Click On What are the dates for peak season and off-season? Peak season includes Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day. Off-season is from April 10 to May 21 and September 7 to October 23rd. Holiday dates are Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and all Halloween Weekends.
