🐻It's that time of the year when we begin our wagon rides around the campground. One of the bears (Yogi Bear™, Boo Boo™, or Cindy Bear™) is almost always there to see you off at the start of the ride or join you for the journey. Wave to fellow campers as a tractor pulls you through the park grounds.

The Letter Hunt: Rangers scatter hundreds of waterproof, floating letter tiles (often colorful sponges) across the surface of the pool. The Collection: On the whistle, campers splash into the water to retrieve as many letters as they can.The Build: Teams scramble back to the pool deck to arrange their letters into the highest-scoring words possible.

The "Sinker" (3 Points): Landing your washer dead-center in the cup is like finding a hidden picnic basket. Yogi Bear(TM) bear were to see this shot, he's give you a "Hey Hey Hey(TM)" approval. The "Leaner" (1 Point): Hanging onto the edge of the box? That's the "Boo Boo™" move—safe, steady, and keeping your team in the game. The Cancellation Rule: This is where it gets wild! If you sink a washer and your opponent sinks one right on top of you, your points are Hibernated (canceled out). It's a total game-changer! This isn't just a game of luck; it's a high-stakes test of "paws-eye" coordination.

If you're looking for that frisbee-style competition during your visit, here is how you can still get your "disc fix" at the park: The "Frisbee Golf" Challenge The Goal: Walk through the golf course, toss your disc to hit the target to earn points for your team. How many attempts does it take to hit the target!

🧸Spring Break also means the Bears🐻 are waking up from hibernation. One of your favorite bears will be making their way throughout the park. Grab your friends, family and cameras📷 and get ready for a fun photo op! Make sure to be outside and when you see us, flag us down and we can stop for a quick hug and high five. 

🐻Nothing says spring at Jellystone Park™ Texas Wine Country like a high-stakes, wobbling Egg Relay Race! One of our bears will be there to cheer you on! The Classic Carry: Balance your egg on a spoon and race to the marker and back. If it drops, you have to start over (or do 5 jumping jacks!) Keep your eye on the egg and first one to complete the course, wins!

"Are you ready to defend your square? 🐻🏐 Join us for Yogi Bear's™ 4-Square Face-Off! Step into the court and see if you can work your way up to the 'Alpha Bear' spot. Bounce the ball, avoid the lines, and use your quickest 'paws' to keep the game going. Whether you're a King, Queen, Jack, or Cub, it's all about fast reflexes and big fun. Will you be the last bear standing in the top square? Let's find out!"

While not every weekend features this specific craft, Glow Stick Fairy or Fire Fly Jars are a magical staple during Neon Glow Weekend! Making these right before sunset will serve as a magical nightlight for the kids in the cabin, RV or tent! Safety First: Glow stick liquid is non-toxic but can be a skin irritant and usually contains tiny bits of glass. Always have an adult handle the cutting and pouring. Gloves will be provided. Timing is Key: These jars usually glow for 6-12 hours.

"Get ready to glow, swim, play, dance and dance some more! Join us at the Water Zone for our spectacular Neon Glow Party. We're turning up the music and lighting up the night with vibrant neon colors and glowing surprises. Wear your brightest whites or neon gear and prepare to dance, splash and shine under the blacklights. It's a kaleidoscope of fun you won't want to miss! A Glow Bracelet will be provided, one per camper. If you feel like being more glo-arific, the Ranger's Station has some accessories and souvenirs to take home! 🧸Would you like to wake up Sunday morning with a Bear delivering you some freshly baked sweet mini donuts? Sign up @ the Ranger Station and we deliver them right to your campsite! Be sure to be outside waiting for the delivery. One of your favorite Bears will be by bright & early to drop off breakfast. Guests can reserve their delivery by signing up at the Ranger Station prior to 7pm on Saturday 3/14. (Plain, cinnamon sugar, cookies & cream, spiced apple and Salted Caramel. Cost is $14.95 for the first 6 donuts and $5 for each additional order of 6.

At Jellystone Park™ Texas Wine Country, melting bead art (often known as Perler Beads) is a "Bear-y" popular craft, especially when families need a break from the Texas sun. The Design: Rangers provide pegboards and thousands of colorful beads. You can follow a template to create Yogi Bear™, a Picnic Basket, or even a Texas Star, or just go freestyle with your own pattern. The "Meltdown": Once your design is finished, a Ranger will use a special ironing paper and a heat tool to fuse the beads together. The Keepsake: After a few minutes of cooling, your bead art is solid and ready to go! Many campers turn them into keychains for their backpacks or magnets for the RV fridge.

Whether you want to make a groovy swirl on a t-shirt or design a custom pillowcase or tote bag, we have everything you need to create a one-of-a-kind souvenir! We now have Fabric Markers available so you can doodle, shade, and sign your work with precision. Pre-pay at the Ranger's Station or pay at the event. T-shirts are available in sizes Youth XS to Adult 3XL - $15.00. Pillowcases and tote bags are also available for $10.00. In order to do Tie Dye - there is an additional $5.00 supply fee.
