Maybe you have a family who loves nature and can explore the Guadalupe River while staying at the Kerrville campground. Despite which campground you stay at, there is variety of lodging options. Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ offers tent sites, RV sites, and cabins in Texas.
There are seven campgrounds in Texas: Burleson, Wichita Falls, Tyler, Fredericksburg, Waller, Canyon Lake, and Kerrville. If you are coming with your family or a bigger group, renting cabins in Texas might be the ideal choice. The rates for the cabins vary depending on the campground, time of the year, and cabin size. The Burleson camp resort cottages are quaint have a southwestern feel to them. If your family loves waterparks then they will want to stay at the Wichita Falls camp resort. It is only three and a half miles away from the Castaway Cove Waterpark. The Tyler camp resort sits on 47 acres in the East Texas Piney Woods north of Tyler. It is arguably one the most beautiful parks in the South. There are game rooms, basketball courts, swimming pools, and much more! The Waller camp resort is next to some fun attractions like Six Flags Splashtown™, the George Bush Presidential Library & Museum, and the San Jacinto Monument. The Canyon Lake park is the place for all around family fun! In addition to the many fun activities inside the park like laser tag, the park is also only a half-mile from the Guadalupe River.
At the Burleson campground, they are new Ulrich Cabins. There is enough sleeping room for everyone with one queen bed, one bunk bed set, two queen mattresses in a low clearance loft, and one futon couch. The cabin also has a kitchen complete with coffee maker and supplies, microwave, refrigerator, cook top, flat screen TV, table and chairs. There is also complimentary Internet access, air conditioning and heating, soap, shampoo, and towels.
