"The Operations Manual, which has been copyrighted by LSI, is provided to the franchises
during the term of the Franchise Agreement. Any material copied from the
Operations Manual must be only for use in the operation of the franchisee's
Camp-Resort and only during the term of the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee
is required to retain possession of any and all copies at all times."

To meet standard & suggestions
to exceed standards
Minimum requirements per 125 sites (50% of sites with sewer hook
ups are excluded from this number)
are as follows;
Women's - 5 showers, 5 sinks, 5 toilets
Men's - 5 showers, 5 sinks, 3 toilets, 2 urinals
Unisex - one "set" for 16 sites, as defined above
or Providence requirements prevail if they exceed our standards.
Must provide a minimum of one (1) commercial hand drying unit
(towel dispensing or blower) per
comfort station, working
and in good condition. For Stations having two or less sinks,
one hand dryer meets and/or
For Stations with more than two sinks a second unit is needed
to exceed standard.
Interior partitions must be made of metal, solid plastic (vinyl/PVC),
"Santana", etc. Wood only partitions
can meet standard, if
very well maintained, however even if well maintained do not exceed
A stool, bench or chair meets standard, a commercial
bench or stool exceeeds standard.
A double hook or two hooks or pegs exceeds standard.
One handicapped accessible toilet and shower must be provided
within all Jellystone Parks in accordance with ADA specifications.
If State or Providence / local regulations exceed this requirement
then they take prescience.
Handicapped Accessible – to
meet standard as handicapped accessible a facility must
at a minimum have grade level or ramp access and handrails.
A standard rating can not be interpreted
as meeting the ADA standards from a legal stand point.
If the above minimum of at least grade level or ramp access
and handrails are not present in at least one comfort station
then the Camp - Resort will fail the entire inspection.
Camp-Resorts must comply with ADA standards when remodeling
or adding facilities.
Camp-Resorts with only one comfort station, and that comfort
station is handicapped accessible, would be rated as standard
- or exceeds standard if conditions warrant.
Rating of handicapped accessible comfort stations in Camp-Resorts
with more than one comfort station is as follows;
If no handicapped accessible comfort stations exist,
one comfort station would be rated substandard and
the handicapped accessible line would not be used or counted
in total in other comfort stations.
If only one handicapped accessible comfort station
exists, the comfort station that is handicapped accessible
would be rated as standard - or exceeds standard
if conditions warrant - and the handicapped accessible
line would not be used or counted in total in other comfort
If multiple handicapped accessible comfort stations
exist, one comfort station that is handicapped access would
be rated as standard - or exceeds standard if
conditions warrant - other comfort stations that are handicapped
accessible would be rated standard - or exceeds standard
if conditions warrant - and the handicapped accessible line
would not be used or counted in total in any other comfort stations
that were not handicapped accessible.
