This North Carolina Campground is located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains and only 30 minutes from Linville Caverns and Linville Falls, this North Carolina campground features deluxe cabin rentals, lakefront RV camping, and tent sites. Your family will enjoy daily activities, great amenities and bear appearances. Take a dip in the junior olympic-sized pool, slide down the mega waterslide or fish from the stocked fishing lake. 3 miles from I-40 at exit 86, between Asheville and Hickory, NC. Traveling West on I-40, take right off Exit 86 ramp. At first light, take a right on Fairview Rd. Traveling East on I-40, take a right off Exit 86 ramp. Go to 2nd light and take a right. Go 2 1/2 miles to park entrance. It is well marked.

  • Linville Falls (Approximately 20 Min Drive, 5 Min Drive From Linville Gorge & Caverns

    This North Carolina attraction is definitely worth the visit. Linville Falls is probably the most photograhped waterfall in North Carolina. The falls move in several distinct steps, beginning in a twin set of upper falls, movind down a small gorge, and finally culminating in a high-volume 90-foot drop. Linville Falls has the highest volume of any waterfall on the northern edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
