We have rebuilt the franchise site on a new platform, which makes it easier for LSI to manage and update. The site is still located at dev.campjellystone.com/franchises, however it looks different.
Each of your usernames remains the same (ie: 0100, 0102) but a new password is needed before you can access the new system.
The following steps will guide you through updating your login information:
- Go to dev.campjellystone.com/franchises
- Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
4. You will receive an email containing a temporary password to use. Return to the login page and log in with this temporary password. After logging in, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
4. Once you have successfully updated your password, you can then log in to access the new system.
The new system is built so that you can maintain your password and can get a new one should you need it without going through anyone else. There is a “Forgot Password” function if you forget. (The system will send an email to whoever is listed as the contact in our system – typically the park owner.)
